  Dr. Bilotti and his team are AMAZING. Genuinely compassionate and attentive ~ even when they are super busy. Dr. Bilotti is kind and patient, explaining even the smallest detail so patients have a full understanding of what's going on. His positive energy and sincere interest is obvious and it flows right through to his entire staff ~ These people know what it takes to be professional, efficient AND fun. A wonderful experience in a place you don't normally expect one. It took years to find a premier dentist in Jacksonville and Dr. Bilotti is IT ! PS: Just cannot say enough nice things about Mary Lou. She's so genuine and professional ~ always a great experience. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
