Absolutely amazing. True to the art. This place has the full package; cardio, strength training and spiritual. I don't run unless I'm being chased and I don't lift unless I'm building something, so treadmills and weights aren't my thing. I've been here for two months and I've lost inches off my waist line and have gained noticeable muscle mass. Add to that a professor that teaches the techniques in a fun but challenging environment, and I see no reason to join a gym so I can pick stuff up just to put it back down or run 5 miles and not go anywhere. All the other students are very helpful and supportive, obviously following from their professor's example. Every day I leave class I'm exhausted, and every morning I wake up I can't wait to go back. After two months I have enough techniques to be effective on the mat, and I'm loving every step my journey in Jiu Jitsu with the guidance from Professor Bill. Go check it out and get on the path to something that won't only improve you physically but mentally and spiritually as well. Unless you're scared...
