  My husband went here once and was pleased with the service and his haircut. We have tried to go back two more times with no luck. We stopped in around 9am and was told they are booked till noon. Told us to make an appointment next time. So next time rolls around... I call to make an appointment and I am told unless we have a specific person an appointment is not necessary just walk in. So, guess what, show up around 9:15 and are told it will be another hour to hour and a half. Not one person waiting, and at least one stylist standing around. My husbands hair might take 10 mins. Very disappointed, will not attempt to go here again.
